01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bdtk6 website accessible at https://bdtk6.io, including all associated sub-pages, services, games, and features made available through that domain.
• "bdtk6", "we", "us", or "our" means the operator of the bdtk6 platform and all associated services described herein.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus credits separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other non-cash-equivalent incentives credited to a Player's Account by bdtk6.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all financial transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means the payment channels currently supported by bdtk6, being bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, as updated from time to time.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to authorise withdrawals and certain account functions.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet through bdtk6, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with bdtk6's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have registered an Account, contact bdtk6 support at [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bdtk6. You acknowledge that you are not relying on any representation, warranty, or statement not expressly set out in this document.

03 Eligibility

Access to the Platform and participation in any games or betting activities offered by bdtk6 is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of active account use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdtk6 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age at any point will have their accounts immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use withheld pending investigation.
• You must be accessing the Platform from the jurisdiction of Bangladesh or another jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary ban on gambling platforms, including any restriction requested through bdtk6's own Responsible Gaming tools.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of bdtk6 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners — nor a close family member of any such person — where participation in games operated by bdtk6 would constitute a conflict of interest.

bdtk6 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and location. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable time period specified by bdtk6 will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money games, betting markets, and withdrawal functionality on the Platform, you are required to register an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one active Account on the Platform at any time. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated Accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide your true full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number at the time of registration. bdtk6 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. bdtk6 accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bdtk6 immediately at [email protected]. bdtk6 will take prompt steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your Account.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdtk6 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any of the following points: upon first withdrawal request; when cumulative withdrawals exceed thresholds set by bdtk6; upon any reasonable request by bdtk6 staff; or where suspicious activity is detected on your Account.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission; valid Bangladeshi passport; or other government-issued photographic identification acceptable to bdtk6 at its sole discretion. You may also be required to submit proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Withdrawal requests will be placed in a pending state until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. bdtk6 will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals that results directly from a Player's failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via any Approved Payment Method.
• Approved Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bdtk6 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to Players where practicable.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's Account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 5 minutes during periods of high transaction volume.
• Withdrawal requests: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad for standard-tier accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Processing times for Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard withdrawals may vary and are subject to the policies of the respective payment provider. VIP-tier players benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing in accordance with their tier benefits.
• Withdrawal method matching: bdtk6 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This condition is designed to prevent money laundering and protect the security of Player funds.
• No transaction fees: bdtk6 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges; bdtk6 has no control over third-party provider fees and accepts no liability for them.
• Funds deposited in error: If you deposit funds in error, contact support immediately. bdtk6 will use reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery where funds have already been used in game play.

07 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bdtk6 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit-and-bonus amount, as specified per offer.
• Bonus Funds are separate from real-money Balance. Real-money deposits are used first for wagering unless a Player has elected a specific bonus mode; Bonus Funds are applied thereafter.
• Attempting to circumvent Wagering Requirements through low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage across multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other players constitutes bonus abuse and is a form of Prohibited Conduct.
• bdtk6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively reduce the value of bonuses already accepted by a Player and in active use.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process following fulfilment of applicable Wagering Requirements.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play

bdtk6 hosts games supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own game-specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface and/or on the relevant game information page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules govern in relation to game mechanics; these Terms govern in all other respects including financial transactions, account conduct, and dispute resolution.

All games available on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures observed via HD video stream. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as certified by the respective game studios. bdtk6 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence RNG-governed results once a game round has commenced.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game round, bdtk6 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and credit or debit the Player's Account accordingly. Where reconstruction is not possible, bdtk6 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the Player's Account. bdtk6's decision in such matters is final.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Players found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Accounts suspended or permanently closed, balances withheld or forfeited, and relevant information reported to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using any Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software tool designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in a manner that generates winnings not achievable through normal gameplay. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to support and will be voided.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic low-risk wagering, coordinated multi-account play, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without assuming normal gaming risk.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with a bank or payment provider without first exhausting bdtk6's internal dispute resolution process. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith will result in permanent account closure and may be subject to recovery proceedings.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.

10 Responsible Gaming

bdtk6 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide the following tools and resources to all registered Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Loss limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Reaching a loss limit will temporarily restrict further wagering until the limit period resets.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the bdtk6 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bdtk6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bdtk6. Unauthorised use of the bdtk6 brand name, logo, or platform content in any medium is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk6's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtk6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, even if bdtk6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdtk6 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice where necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or Player funds.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

bdtk6 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bdtk6.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdtk6 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Personal and financial data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to authorised personnel with a legitimate operational need. bdtk6 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bdtk6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bdtk6 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, or by prominently displaying a notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect Player rights or obligations) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure. bdtk6 will return any withdrawable Balance held in your Account at the time of closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bdtk6 platform. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bdtk6's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected].

bdtk6 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.
